Singin' in the Rain

"Singin' in the Rain" transports audiences to the golden age of Hollywood in the 1920s, where silent films are giving way to talkies. This delightful musical follows the journey of Don Lockwood, a dashing silent film star, and his leading lady Lina Lamont, whose shrill voice jeopardizes their latest film. With the help of his best friend Cosmo and the talented newcomer Kathy Selden, Don strives to save the movie and his career. Filled with iconic songs, dazzling dance numbers, and plenty of humor, "Singin' in the Rain" is a joyous celebration of the movie musical. The Broadway production of "Singin' in the Rain" was recognized with several awards, including a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical and a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actor in a Musical.

AUDITION PREP

Please note the following in preperation for your audition.

. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of your audition slot.

. A one minute song piece that fits the style of the show. Please either provide cut and marked sheet music or a BlueTooth enabled device. If and when applicable, your vocal callback will be the same night as your audition.

. Callbacks will cover dance and acting.
